About Ron Rougeaux

Ron Rougeaux grew up in the great PNW in Olympia, WA. Ron bought his first home when he was 19 years old in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After college with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Minor in Accounting he took time to travel as a tennis pro. He has lived all over the world from the Bahamas to Dubai (UAE), and always found himself coming back to the Pacific Northwest where he felt at home. Ron returned to Olympia with his wife to start their family. They now have 2 lovely children, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 16 chickens. Ron eats/dreams/hyper-focuses on real estate as a passion and with this being his full time local job throughout all of Washington State. He has excelled as such with investments personally and for private investors, and on the resale of real estate with helping buyers and sellers. He earned his Eagle Scout in Olympia and still uses the key core values of trustworthiness, integrity and loyalty in the real estate world. Quality service is his highest priority. With an excellent understanding of the market conditions, prices, and challenges that prevail. He has worked with a wide range of clients from first time buyers to experienced investors, and from luxury condos to comfortable family homes. With more than $100+ Million in real estate transactions personally he has the experience to make sure to get the real estate transaction done! Fun Fact - Ron also went to BCIT to learn to build homes. He has remodeled/built/ and flipped multiple homes. As first time home buyers, we knew what we wanted and what we could afford so Corey went on the hunt for us! When we went to view houses, we usually had our two young kiddos with us.
