Ron Pineda is one of the most dedicated Human Beings I have ever met. He was welcoming, professional, and courteous. Despite all the drama my Brother and I put him through. Ron provided us with invaluable information in order to make an educated decision regarding the sale of our parents home. Ron did such an outstanding job. My 91 year old dad was selling the house he had lived in for 62 years in San Francisco. Ron was so helpful with all the intricacies of selling a house especially in SF where there a lot of extra rules and inspections. He took the extra time to explain everything to us and made it easy to understand. My dad constantly said how much he liked Ron explaining all, and helping us. There wasnt a single hitch in the entire process. He kept us constantly informed even while he was on vacation! An excellent realtor and good person.

What a top notch experience this has been. Ron Pineda walked us through every step of the sale of our home in the SF Bay Area. It was our first home and we bought it 20 years ago. Wed never sold a home and didnt know what to expect. From the first meeting, Ron outlined the steps we would take and patiently explained what would be required of us before and during the time that our house would be listed. He offered very helpful advice regarding upgrading our curb appeal as well as various updates inside the house. We acted on every suggestion and as a result, sold our house in less than two weeks and received $100k over asking! Ron was extremely responsive, always ready to work and never lost his sense of humor. Ron was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable in the whole real estate process and what is trending in the market. His office is in Southern California and our sale was in Northern California, but he was physically at sale events and was attentive to all ongoing details. He was also very easy to reach by telephone or text. We had to have renovation completed before the house went on the market and Ron was on top of everything that the contractor needed to provide and what needed follow up. I would not hesitate to use Ron again if we were to sell a home.
