I retained Ron Murray to sell my townhouse in Rancho Palos Verdes. At our first meeting I was immediately impressed by the depth of Ron's knowledge of the local real estate market. This heavily influenced my decision to retain him as my agent in addition to his pleasant personality.Ron's performance as my agent impressed me at every step of sales process. He developed a plan to market my property so as to take the best advantage of the conditions that were current at the time. His execution was flawless and I could not be more pleased with the results he achieved. If I ever another property in the area to sell, Ron Murray will be my agent.

I've been working with Alan Crooks, Ron and Pat Murray for over 10 years now. They have sold my previous place, and helped me buy 2 places. It is a pleasure working with them, as they are professional and easy to work with. They have experience in multiple-offer situations, and help secure the house if we really want the house. They have good contacts with banks, and can recommend mortgage brokers for special situations like self-employed, or if you have multiple rental income properties. Overall, I highly recommend their team for real-estate Buy/Sell transactions.
