Hire an agent that has knowledge and experience with Internet marketing. Over 90% of buyers find the home they purchase on line. I worked as a Search Engine Marketing consultant for many years in a previous career and I bring the type of experience that very few Realtors have.
I have worked with first-time home buyers, move-up home buyers and homeowners selling their home. I do not work the luxury multi-million dollar market.
I helped a couple sell their home that was previously listed with another Realtor. The couple had given up on selling until the wife's co-worker had recommend she speak with me. She did and we had her home sold in 17 days and for list price. They were able to move as planned.
I was an investor prior to being licensed. I wanted and needed to be closer to "the numbers" so I got licensed.
