This review is a bit overdue. Ron helped me buy my first home in April 2020. I literally asked Ron to hold my hand through the whole process and thats exactly what he did. Everything was seamless and he seemed to have the answer for everything. He was able to get the the previous owner to fix nearly everything that was pointed out in the inspection and i still got it for under asking. I had just over a month before i was moving to great falls and i was able to close on the house 3 days before the first day of my new job. This guy works very hard and will have your back when you have no idea what to look for as a first time home buyer. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My particular real estate transaction was pretty straight forward however, Ron is very well established in Great Falls and was extremely helpful in his ability to suggest different resources to help me get established in a new city. I sought out Ron Dood because of the service that he provided for my brother and sister-in-law. Their real estate search was not as easy as mine was and Ron worked very hard, for a long period of time, to make sure that they found exactly what they were looking for.

We contacted Ron a couple of years before we planned to sell our home. He provided us with professional advice on repairs and improvements that would make our home more attractive to potential buyers. We took care of those things and his suggestions paid off. Ron helped us price our home in the current real estate market so that we got an offer for our full asking price in the first week. I appreciated his assistance and reassurance in all the details and stress of selling a house. Im glad we signed up with Ron Dodder as our Realtor.

Ron is amazing! He takes the time to get to know you and what is important to you and what can be negotiated. After using horrid realtors, Ron is a Montana breath of fresh air. We will use him in all future transactions.
