Ron was beyond fantastic I actually tried using another agent originally and it just didnt work out so then I called Ron and he got right down to business. He told me exactly what I needed to hear even if its not what I wanted to hear he was honest he was upfront. He was attentive. He was responsive and made it a lot less overwhelming of a process. And from here on out, hes the only person Ill use when it comes to selling or buying or just asking advice on the property before I decide to do something. Ron is an excellent realtor! Hes an area expert, astute businessman, and very friendly guy. We were lucky enough to be referred to Ron. We fell in love with a house during on online search and just had to have it. Problem is we live in California. Ron became our aEURoeeyesaEUR? and toured the propery solo and took more photos for us, He described the area in great detail so wed have a sense of the neighborhood as well as local amenities. He even went back to the house at night so we would have a sense of the neighborhood when its dark outside. Talk about above and beyond!
