About Ron Davis

Redding has been my home for 20 years and I hope to still be selling real estate in this community for 20 more years. After obtaining my real estate license in 1992, I worked various phases in the industry from property record searches at the court house to physical property corner searches out in the field. The joy of saying "Congratulations, here are the keys to your new home" never gets old and my satisfaction is derived from overcoming all obstacles to assist my clients in obtaining that dream of homeownership. Helping sellers reach their goal of moving on to a new phase in their life is another gratifying aspect of this career. My experience of being a Marine has contributed to a strong work ethic and working for Coldwell Banker C & C Properties which is veteran owned, feels like a perfect fit for me. One of my favorite pastimes is coaching soccer for teenage boys and girls. My daughter shares the love of this sport and the joy of coaching her team is extra special. The boys traveling team that I coach is also very satisfying even though I do not have a son in the group. Watching these kids grow through the sport makes the volunteer aspect even more rewarding.

Ron was perfect went above and beyond on selling por propery . He took the time to do the little things like the septic inspection and well tests and i know he did the little paperwork problems without bugging us to take care of some of the stuff. he would email us with answers and suggest we sign the papers .
