She is now retired and has moved out of the area so was unable to represent us. My friend recommended Ron very HIGHLY and after my experience, it is certainly no wonder why! From the very first day I called him, Ron proved to be a pleasure to deal with. For starters, Ron answered my initial voice mail very promptly as most realtors would be likely to do. What set Ron apart is that he continued to answer my husbands and my calls, texts and emails promptly, even after we had signed the contract with him to represent us. Ron's diligence in responding to our inquiries was a real "plus" since it dispelled any anxiety we might have experienced by being "put on hold". We were also impressed with the breadth of knowledge that Ron displayed at our initial meeting. From advice about when to list, asking price, how to prepare our home (including suggestions for improvements that would offer a good return on investment), etc., Ron was definitely on top of his game and gave us confidence that he could help us sell our house in a reasonable amount of time and get a good price. In addition, Ron was able to connect us to his network of professionals, including attorneys, overs, and repair persons with whom we were highly satisfied. We really appreciated their services. When it came time to finally put our home on the market, Ron proposed a strategy that attracted a lot of attention to our listing. After wasting countless $$$ on home inspections that went no where -- we switched our agent to Ron Aiosa. Ron came in and closed the fastest, smoothest deal I have ever been a part of or bared witnessed to. We never realized the superior importance of our realtor and just how helpful or damaging one could be.Our offer was submitted on 12/01 and we closed on 1/19 and we moved on 1/20!
