ZillowVERIFIED Romona is terrific. She toured us around the Abilene area when we were here on a trip considering Abilene as a place to move to. She then altered her plans to take us around again when we were finally ready to move. She worked efficiently and was always able to answer questions. I believe because of Romona we were able to get the house of our dreams in Abilene and I will definitely choose her again for a realtor if we ever decide to move.

ZillowVERIFIED I hate to leave just 5 star reviews across the board, but Romona is truly deserving of being rating and recommended so highly. I am a first time home buyer and she made me feel like I was being taken care of like a family member. She explained the entire process and all the definitions that go along with buying a home. I didn?t know what escrow or what an option period even meant. I am military and only had 10 days to find a home and she worked with me at all times during the week to make sure I found the perfect home. If you are looking for someone who is personable and looking out for your best interests; I would choose Romona.

I always felt that I was in very capable hands. We had a contract after 1 day on the market, and closed 2 months later once my renters had moved out. Just two years after getting me EVERYTHING I wanted in a home purchase, she turned around and sold that home for me. When I first came to her, one of my priorities was to make sure I wouldnt have a problem selling when I got orders to leave as I'm Military. She came through 100% and not only made all the right recommendations and provided the best service Ive had from a realtor in my 17 years of constant military moves, but she did it while also putting a nice amount of profit in my pocket (after only 2 years of owning!). She works hard, is responsive, knows the local market like the back of her hand, and delivers! As I said before, do yourself a favor and look no further if your in need of a realtor to buy or sell a home. 2016 review: Being active duty military for over 15 years, I've had many Realtors over the years. I'll say hands down Romona was the best, all around. Specifically, Romona was very knowledgeable of the local market and personally knew all the key players. I wanted specific things in building and purchasing a new house and she arranged meetings with multiple reuputible builders to make this possible, and was also very responsive throughout the process. Do yourself a favor and look no further.
