He was with us every step of the way during the process, from showing to gathering the correct paperwork to meeting us at the closing. ZillowVERIFIED he did an awesome job. Roman would show up to a showing before I would even get there to do a walk thru to make suggestion and tell me and my wife what be thought would be a problem. When we did finally find our dream house he was there every step of the way, even after we bought house and there were problems that came after us buying the house he went to bat for me to solve the problem and stuck up for our rights. He was hands down the best and most professional agent I ever worked with. He was even working with us after he received his money, that shows me a lot someone that would work for you even though he was technically did his job.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Roman to sell our home as well as purchase a new one. Roman was very attentive to every question and comment, even after hours and on weekends. We had some bumps in the road when it came to selling our home but Roman was very proactive, he went above and beyond to ensure that closure was possible. An issue arose while we were on vacation just days before we were to close. Roman was able to solve this issue on the weekend, which included manual labor, all without ruining or vacation and allowing us to close on our home as scheduled. I highly recommend Roman for anyone's reality needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Roman was our realtor in the recent sale of our home and in the purchase of our new home and we couldn't be happier! Roman was an incredible realtor who I would recommend to anyone and everyone in the market to buy or sell! Roman went above and beyond each and everyday to make sure all our questions were answered (even if I was texting him at 11pm) and always made sure we were updated every step of the way. Our house sold very quick and he helped us find Our next home that we are very excited about! Even during an exciting but busy time in his life when his soon to be wife was in labor with their baby girl he still always made sure he was in contact with us everyday keeping us updated on the process and having us sign whatever paper work was needed to move to the next step. Roman is an awesome realtor who truly has his clients best interests at heart. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Roman for all your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. Roman happily showed us around 20 properties, many of them in the same day. We received emails, texts and/or calls about houses that we might have been interested in, shortly after they hit the market. This was extremely important, as the price range we were looking in was full of buyers, and limited on sellers. He also helped guide my wife and I through offers on two houses with some back and forth negations one one we walked away from, before we finally got our dream home. We were the only ones to walk through the house we purchased, as it was listed at 5pm, we walked through it at 7pm, and our offer was accepted the next morning. Roman was very patient with us throughout the entire process, and kept insuring us we would find the one. He answered all of our questions, many before we could ask them. He knows the market very well, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Roman was amazing! From finding properties to the negotiation process Roman's skill level was superior. However, more important to us than any of that, he treated us like family. He made certain we were happy every step of the way. When we found our dream home, he made sure we got a great inspector and didn't overpay. I truly recommend Roman to anyone looking for a true professional who actually cares about his clients well being.
