Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lot of miscommunication. I clearly stated what I was looking for, yet I continued to receive information and options I had already said I wasnt interested in. I was also told a specific time frame for when an agent would reach out, and that commitment was not met. Additionally, during a phone call there was excessive background noise. I brought it up at the time, but it was ignored. When conducting calls, especially with customers, this should be handled more professionally. Overall, the lack of clear communication and follow-through was disappointing.

He kept up communications even when it looked like the sale might go private and was there to assist when it was firmly going public.
