My wife and I were completely new to the process of buying a home and were initially intimidated with the steps needed to proceed. However, Rolando assisted us with feeling confident with the offers we were putting out for homes and assured us that our offers were strong despite what other realtors had suggested to us previously. Rolando was great to work with. He made our experience during a difficult pandemic a great one. He made himself available to use during our crazy work schedules and any question we had night or day he was quick to respond. Anytime I would send him a house I wanted to go see he made it happen that same day. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the way in selling our first home for top dollar and in purchasing our dream home!
