ZillowVERIFIEDWe listed our home in June 2019 with Rokhsan and Frank, after interviewing several other realtors. They recommended listing at a price that was at least 5% more than any of the other recommendations, based on their superior analysis of the comps and their knowledge of the neighborhood. We received a full price offer almost immediately, and they adroitly navigated the transaction with the buyers and their attorney. They are each professional experts and, as a team, their particular skills complement each other nicely. Our experience was excellent and we would highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank helped me purchase my first home in Columbia, MD in 2014. Not only was he personable and kind upon our initial meeting, guiding me through the home-buying process and the pros and cons of this particular piece of real estate, but was also straightforward and helpful throughout the entire negotiation process, keeping me updated with all of the pertinent details in a timely fashion. Frank has even gone out of his way to answer some of my home-related questions months after closing on the house. Based on these experiences, I hold Frank and Rokhsan in high regards and would gladly recommend them to anybody looking to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Firstly, let me say that Rokhsan and Frank truly deserve every star and more on all the above rating categories. This team of agents did everything possible to help with the short sale of our home. Right from the start, they explained to us the process and gave us their commitment to work as hard they possibly could to sell our home. Throughout the process they demonstrated their extensive knowledge of the process. They made themselves available to us at all times. Once, without knowing, we called Rokhsan while she was vacationing out of the country. We were truly surprised with the responsiveness and appreciated to know that they were ready to assist even while on vacation. When we needed to find a rental property, they were able to assist us to find the perfect house for our family. Frank and Rokhsan are well experienced and they know the best people in the business. They were able to assemble the right people to ensure we were able to close when the time came. When the offers came in, thanks to the people Frank and Rokhsan had negotiating with the bank, we were able to close fairly quickly. I would recommend these two agents to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. I'm sure others out there have had great experiences with other agents; but for me, I know when I want to buy again I will only be calling Rokhsan and Frank. These two agents truly were there for our family every step of the way. We are truly thankful for all their hard work. I don't know if we would ever have been able to sell our property without their truly genuine dedication and commitment to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Frank and Rokhsan has been wonderful to work with through the whole selling processo. So much so that we decided to work with them in buying our next property. They sold the home within 3 days of listing it in the market, whereas I have had the property listed for 3 months with no success with a previous realtor. The home buying process was smooth Frank and team had been on top of our needs and taking quick action when we did find the property we liked. As a result of their prompt actions, we were the first to put in an offer for the home we really liked and now happily living in it. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank and Rokhsan were great!!! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. We were looking for a special house where we will eventually retire and hopefully never move again. We were very picky and had a specific list of features that we were not willing to compromise. We were more concerned with privacy and the homes location on the property, rather than which county we ended up in. Frank and Rokhsan were very patient with us as we had them running across half the state during the search. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Frank and Rokhshan. They were extremely responsive when we had a question or needed some assistance. We have bought and sold other homes using other agents, but I can honestly say that Frank and Rokhsan went above and beyond what is necessary to make our home buying experience smooth and worry free.

ZillowVERIFIED These guys are the best I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!Mr. Holliday and Mrs. Fallah are probably the most professional and trustworthy agents you could ever ask for. They helped us find our first home and walked us through the entire process taking extra time to answer all of our questions. When it was time for us to sell our home it was an easy choice for my family to go back with them to help us through the process. They have represented us well in both the purchasing and selling of the house, getting us the most for our dollar. They always respond to phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. They truly have made the process simple and easy we are truly grateful for that.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank handled the sale of my home in Rockville, MD and the purchase of a home in Ashburn, VA. The closings for the properties had to be synchronized so that proceeds from the sale were needed for the purchase of the VA property. Frank coordinated the sale, purchase and the closings so that everything fell in place as planned. In addition during this whole process my wife and I were in Florida so that Frank acted as our representative via a "power of attorney" for these transactions. We were very pleased and impressed with Frank's, knowledge, responsiveness, effort and dedication to our best interests in these transactions. I will definitely use Frank and Rokhsan in any future real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank and Rokhsan couldn't have been more diligent and involved from start to finish in the sale of our home and the purchase of our current residence. I recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever. I also followed Frank's advice and hired the movers he recommended and couldn't have been more pleased. Moving can be such a stressful time, but I felt confident and well-informed thanks to the assistance and advice given by Frank and Rokhsan. If I ever move again, they will be the team I call.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Fallah and her partner took the time to show my husband and I as many homes as we were willing to see. If we had a question regarding a property or were interested in seeing a property, we were on our way the very next day. Even though most of our correspondence was done overseas, it was as if we were in the office with her. When my husband and I eventually found the home we desired, Mrs. Fallah and her partner Mr. Holiday were prepared and aware of every document that required signing. Mrs. Fallah and Mr. Holiday went above and beyond their duties to ensure that we found the home of our dreams and will highly recommend their services to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Rokhsan Fallah and Frank Holiday, business partners who are Realtors and work together closely, helped us find a home in the Frederick, Md. area. Though we only worked with them for a few short months, we feel as if we've known them for years. They not only provided us with top-notch guidance in our search, but kept the experience light and fun along the way. That proved to be especially important when we came across unsavory real estate agents whose dealings weren't always on the up and up.They have many talents, but the ones that I valued most, was their ability to listen and respond. They heard us when we described what we wanted most in a house and they made sure to seek out those bits in each place. Its thanks to them that we have a lovely home in downtown Frederick.
