Frank was responsive to telephone calls and emails. He was an excellent listener and took our concerns in the selling process seriously. He also gave sound advice that addressed our concerns without feeling at all we were doing battle with our agent or the buyer and buyer's agent. He represented us very well to the potential buyer. His assessment of the real estate climate was spot on thereby avoiding wasted time and effort and money. Frank went above and beyond in helping us through this long distance sale which meant for him extra trips to the townhouse, helping our renter find alternative accommodation, organizing cleaners to clean before final inspection, when it was difficult for us to do remotely. We had used Frank's services before when we bought this property and had no thought at all of approaching anyone else to be our agent.
