We have worked with Rohit previously for our mortgage re-finance and it was always been a smooth experience without any last-minute hassles. All the document intake etc is handled through an online system and it works efficiently. Recently, we bought our new home (new Toll Bros. construction) with Rohit. It was our first time buying a new construction and Rohit clearly explained the pros/cons of buying a new home and all the additional expenses that might come with it (ex. landscaping etc). He also helped us in providing the right comparables (as it can be tricky for new homes). His acquaintance with the Toll Bros Sales team made it a smoother process.
