We had met with over four Realtors when we started this process but none of them were as responsive as Rogeria aEUR~Reggie Peralta. My wife found her on Dallas Ramseys website. We scheduled an introductory meeting and we hit it off immediately. On the first day that we met and visited homes we found our home. This is when the challenges began, but Reggie wa ready to assist us. Reggie walked us through the process was organized with a checklist and provided next steps and guidance on the little areas. After searching for qualified candidates (attorney, and contractors) Reggie shared her network with us that were knowledgable, professional, courteous, fair, and at a great price. Reggie made what is normally an overwhelming process a smooth transition, as we worked through the hurdles that are commonplace in this process. Reggie is accessible and was very responsive, even with a planned trip abroad she still checked in regularly. After the sale of the property we also realized that we are connected thru a mutual family friend. We all share the same sentiments in that Reggie is a great realtor who has your back and gets the job done!!!!!
