Once they were addressed we put the house on the market. The house sold pretty quickly, we did a little negotiating with the buyer but finally came to an agreement on a fair price. Everything went pretty smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been involved with 5 different realtors in the last 10 years (we move a lot) and Roger was by far the best! Roger was SUPER fast to respond even late at night. He uses technology making the documentation/approval process fast and efficient. He was willing to go the extra mile (seeing 19 houses in one day). He wasnt pushy for use to choose a home so he could collect a payday but wanted us to pick the right home for us and our family and he genuinely is a good guy. At the end of the day the true seal of approval is the fact that I have already and will continue to recommend Roger to anyone I come across that needs a realtor. I am surprised he is only a 4.9/5 for us he was a perfect 5 in our book!

I think his best quality is how quick he is to schedule showings and respond to you. With today's sellers' market, that is crucial for a buyer! Roger was really knowledgeable about the Greenwood area and made some wonderful recommendations of other companies to use throughout the process for my mortgage, inspection, etc. Also, I will always remember that just before I saw the home I eventually purchased (which Roger was able to squeeze in last minute- we were the first and final showing), Roger said, "I think this is going to be the one!" We needed to find a home, close and move in less than 2 months. Roger discussed our options and helped us determine our budget, and what types of homes we should be looking at. Roger ushered us through homes during viewing that seemed to not be a good fit, and was very patient for ones that were a close match. We placed 2 offers and landed the 2nd one, closing in just over one month from initial date.Roger handled all communications with the sellers and realtors in regards to offers, counter-offers, and had excellent response time. Roger demonstrated willingness to participate in anything helpful to the process including inspection, meetings with the seller or realtor, and was even willing to make concessions on his own behalf if absolutely required to get a deal done.
