He is totally focussed on the clients needs and getting them met. He helped us to negotiate a really hot market where we couldn't compete and encouraged us to rent. He then helped us to buy a house a few years later and then to sell it thirteen years later. He assesses the market and then comes up with a plan that helps the client to negotiate that market successfully. He's good at keeping the client focussed on the specifics that they are looking for and avoiding sparkly distractions. He is also an excellent resource for all kinds of contractors for prepping a house for sale or fixing up a new house. Finally, he went to a lot of trouble to connect us with an excellent realtor after we left the Seattle area. He listens and doesn't push his own agenda. He took care of all the details, kept us on task and got the job done. He became a friend and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
