The Moens were excellent during the offer/negotiation phase and provided an extreme amount of support during the closing process. ZillowVERIFIED Having no prior relationship with the Moen team or referral, we talked to them based on a listing they had in the area. We appreciated their accessibility, responsiveness, and knowledge and so began working with them in finding the perfect lot. I can't say enough good things about them. We went under contract on one lot only to determine it wouldn't support the type of home we were looking to build. The Moen's had us covered and we were easily able to pull out of the contract and engage on the one we ultimately bought. They kept us on track and fully informed on everything. Not many folks in any business these days text you back within an hour, email everything within minutes of receiving it and are constantly looking out for your interests. I still have not actually met them face to face since we were doing everything remotely. I would however use them in the future for any real estate transaction without a second thought and would highly recommend them to family and friends. We've worked with many real estate folks in our lives but the Moen's have been the best.

ZillowVERIFIED I wrote several realtors when we were beginning to explore Breckenridge and Roger was the only one who actually went out of his way to mot simply present his listings but to truly educate us on the market and all matters important in buying a mountain property. We were not in a rush to buy anything and he instantly put us at ease, assuring us its not uncommon for him to work with clients for years before they settle in to buying something. We ended up visiting the area later in the summer and both he and Teresa went out of their way to show us around the town and local marketplace even though they knew there was a likelihood we would not be buying anything right away. Well, we fell in love with the area and bought a buildable lot soon thereafter. From the the outset, Roger really listened to what we told him in terms of the kind of place we sought. We had looked in the Breckenridge area off and on for about 10 years, each time disappointed with what we found in terms of value and price. While the market dictates much of that, good realtors such as the Moens can be on the lookout for a property that is the right fit for buyers. We contracted the Moens as buyers' agents, and very soon they found several properties that excited us. The most exciting prospect was the property we ended up buying. The seller of this particular property was using a relative as his agent, with the result that Roger had to take care of details from both our side and his. Throughout, Roger and Teresa represented our interests well, provided excellent counsel, and negotiated with a very successful outcome.Our closing was conducted remotely, and so was the inspection.
