I couldnt believe how incredible working with Rogelio was. He was a step ahead with everything, he communicated with me every step of the way. He even took time out of his day to meet with me, not once but twice. I was never aEURoenotaEUR? able to get in touch with him. His knowledge of probate real estate was exceptional. The sale of my fathers (and grandparents) dream home and property was very difficult emotionally, and throughout the process he became more of a friend than just a realtor. He showed us that he was in this for all of the right reasons, and not just for the money. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a realtor. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the best experience working with Rogelio. He went well above what was expected of him in the probate sell of my fathers home. The first night we met to talk about working together to sell the house we arrived there and had a issue with the locks on the home, I had to have the locks changed that night ( vary expensive) he pitched in out of his own pocket to help me pay the locksmith that night and not only that but he stayed with me at the house until the locks were changed until 9 at night so that I (young female) wouldnt be there alone. He showed always the upmost professionalism, but also kindness, empathy and respect. He worked hard for me and my family, got us well above asking price for the home and got everything done remarkably fast. Hes a class act, hard working man.
