I couldnt believe how incredible working with Rogelio was. He was a step ahead with everything, he communicated with me every step of the way. He even took time out of his day to meet with me, not once but twice. I was never aEURoenotaEUR? able to get in touch with him. His knowledge of probate real estate was exceptional. The sale of my fathers (and grandparents) dream home and property was very difficult emotionally, and throughout the process he became more of a friend than just a realtor. He showed us that he was in this for all of the right reasons, and not just for the money. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a realtor. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am and will continue to be grateful for everything he has done.

I had the best experience working with Rogelio. He went well above what was expected of him in the probate sell of my fathers home. The first night we met to talk about working together to sell the house we arrived there and had a issue with the locks on the home, I had to have the locks changed that night ( vary expensive) he pitched in out of his own pocket to help me pay the locksmith that night and not only that but he stayed with me at the house until the locks were changed until 9 at night so that I (young female) wouldnt be there alone. He showed always the upmost professionalism, but also kindness, empathy and respect. He worked hard for me and my family, got us well above asking price for the home and got everything done remarkably fast. Hes a class act, hard working man.

My 94-year old mom decided to sell her house in Walnut Park that she had lived in for about 62 years. Rogelio was very patient with my mom. The house sold in one day but fell out of escrow through no fault of Rogelios. He again sold the house quickly and the second time it closed in very timely manner. He kept me informed for my mom with every step. He was always willing to answer some of my questions (and there were many). I would highly recommend Rogelio. He is an awesome agent. Thanks for making a very stressful move for my mom a smooth transition.

I could not have been more satisfied with Rogelio. He went out of his way to help me anytime I had a question. Whether it was real estate or other. He is very knowledgeable in his field. This was a very difficult process for me because I had to sell my deceased father's house. He helped me through every step of the way. I highly recommend Rogelio.

I've purchased a number of homes - to live in and as an investor. I think the only people I've met that liked real estate agents less than I do are other real estate agents. Before I hired Rogelio I asked for references - and actually called them. Everyone I talked with gave glowing reviews so I had a spark of hope that he would be different, but was prepared for disappointment. Rogelio delivered outstanding service. Even before I hired him he was incredibly helpful. He sent me a title report, went out and looked at the property, made recommendations. OK, sure. But after I hire you, you're going to drop the ball, right? Nope. He runs his business like a well-oiled machine. He helped me find both a handyman and someone to clean the property. We listed it at a good price and got well over 10 offers the first weekend. The house sold quickly and I didn't have to deal with the last minute hassles that so many realtors cause their clients by not doing their homework up-front. I never thought I'd be recommending a realtor, but I guess life surprises you sometimes. I highly recommend Rogelio as the realtor that every other realtor out there should aspire to be.

Rogelio was hired to sell a house in probate. He was knowledgable about probate procedures and very helpful with details. The sale closed 26 days after first showing; it was sold "as is" and above sale price. Rogelio was very professional, quickly returned phone calls and was easy to work with. A job well done!

I had Rogelio sell a condo in Buena Park for our asking price. He sold our house in LaMirada for over our asking price, and he sold it in about FIVE days! Lastly, once we listed our house in Riverside, it closed and we were out in less than a month. He returns phone calls immediately, unlike most other realtors. Even the other realtors and the potential buyers that came through our house had praised his quick responses. He is a very kind person without a pushy attitude and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him!

In 2012, Rogelio is by far the best Realtor I have worked with. I initially hired him to short sell my home. As difficult as this was, he made sure that prospective buyers were respectful, and made the transition happen smoothly. Fast forward 3.5 years later, Rogelio once again went above and beyond to help my family and I purchase a new home. With our requirements in hand, he quickly gathered listings for us. After One and a half months of searching, we were able to close a deal and get a home. Rogelio put our interests and concerns first, and was ALWAYS available. I HIGHLY recommend his services.
