Of course we contacted Roe last minute needing a home just before our upcoming wedding in 3 weeks. We were in contract to purchase our new home contingent on the sale of the Port Saint Lucie home but unfortunately, the market shifted dramatically, which made it quite difficult for us to sell, but Roe never gave up. In the end, she somehow managed to sell the home in less than 60 days at a profit and saved the transaction to the purchase of our new home that we were so anxious to have.
