Nate was extremely kind and from our first conversation was intent on me finding a home that fit me and not just any home. He was always willing to work with me to see a home even within hours of it being placed on the market. This was a 'must' at times considering it was an extreme "seller's market". Nate was very patient with me as I at times considered myself to be pretty clueless to certain processes.
