As an Owner/Broker I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience of operating a brokerage firm and, with today's market conditions and ever changing technology, I realize it is essential to keep up with cutting edge technology. It is important to me that not only for me to continue to stay knowledgeable in this market but, even more important for my team to continue their education with new laws changing as well, as the market constantly turning it is essential that we as a team work together to keep each other informed of new market information, new trends as well, as mortgage rates. My philosophy is simple, " Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.aEUR? FAQ
Buyers should get pre-approval from their lender and know what types of loans are available to them. Second I would find an agent that is knowledgeable of area that they are looking in and will explain up front the process with inspections, appraisals and closing details so there are no surprises , tell them what they need to know before hand to help the process go much smoother.
I would tell sellers to find an agent that will be truthful with them about their property and not just 'Buying a Listing" as some agents will do. I will not sugar coat anything with seller's , I will tactfully tell them about needed repairs and market value of their home. The first 30 days will almost always yield the seller the most money for the property when priced correctly.
I work with million dollar clients to disable Veterans and everyone in between. Every client is different but deserves the same amount of respect and professional courtesy.
I had a disable Veteran that had to vacate his rental home in 30 days as the landlord was selling it to a family member. He was not aware that the VA offers a 100% home loan .I found him a home with no money out of his pocket and his monthly payment was less than his rent. He never dreamed that he would own his own home. It is rewarding to help our Veterans who put their lives in harms way to protect our freedom. God bless our men and women who serve in our Armed Forces.
I started out as an investor buying and flipping properties .I found it hard to get an agent to return calls and to show me properties. So I decided to get my real estate license so I could purchase and sell my own properties.
I have a 18 year Degree in the " Hard Knocks School of Real Estate " there is nothing that can replace experience thur the good, bad and the ugly markets. You have to be able to adapt to the ever changing market.
