ZillowVERIFIED Roger Beougher has been patient, quickly responsive, and helpful in every way as we searched for a new smaller home. His advice has been useful, helping us see the advantages of each property and at the same time graciously accepting our rejections of some nice homes even though they seemed to match our criteria. He carefully kept accurate notes of our desires about location, size of house and land, style and arrangement of rooms and updated those after each showing. When we called in response to an appealing listing he immediately arranged a viewing at the earliest possible time. With his help we viewed twenty properties. We were searching for a ranch style home, which is a very popular choice at this time and were able to view the majority of those available on the first day they were posted and never later than the second day depending on the property owners preferences. When we lingered at a place he patiently discussed it with us, not acting inconvenienced or eager to get away. We talked frequently and were updated regularly about processes and procedures via telephone and email. He went over every form needed, explaining the details and language of each. We are listing our home for sale with Roger. He toured our home, pointing out to us the advantages and disadvantages that his experience revealed. I think we looked at over 10 houses with him and he didn't push us into a single one. He got to know us so he knew what we were looking for and if we found something out of desperation he would remind us not to just jump into something because we were desperate.
