ZillowVERIFIEDRod was great to work with when we were in the process of purchasing our first home! He came highly recommended to us by trusted friends, and from the moment we started working with him, he was so helpful. He is an expert in the real estate industry and is a wealth of knowledge when we had questions. He was never pushy, and he just wanted to help us make the best purchase for us. We were able to buy our first home within our budget and checking all of our boxes. My husband and I highly recommend Rod!

ZillowVERIFIED Since our first phone call, I liked what Rod was doing. He was first, listening. No big ideas. No huge fast schemes. Nothing but cool responses and what seemed so honest and believable that we had to choose Rid and Melody out of a large pool of realtors. We are so blessed, happy and thankful that we did make that decision as well. The more we talked together about what needs to be done and what else there may be in selling our home was just incredible! Its almost as a godsend to us. Today, I honestly believe we would not be anywhere near where we are today had we not chosen Rod and Melody. What can I say about them. Friendly! Honest! Smart! Knowledgeable! Personable and with much sincere respect, tells you the way it is. Nobody can go wrong hiring Rod and Melody. Thank you both sooooooo much! I hope we can help you both out one day as you did for us. Thank you ??

ZillowVERIFIED So amazing! 2 weeks with an amazing realtor, nearly 10 showings, one offer, under contract. That's after 15 months of frustration trying to sell. During that time we had 27 total showings and 2 contingency offers that fell through. Totally grateful to Rod and fully recommend him if you want to sell in this market!

ZillowVERIFIED I trust that they are experienced in the local market enough to sell my home at the right price. Rod answered my email right away at 7am. Melody had good suggestions for staging.

ZillowVERIFIED I was thoroughly impressed with Rod upon meeting him. His knowledge of the industry, combined with his experience and enthusiasm for what he does made it a no-brainer to hire him on the spot. Have you ever had an experience where you meet someone . . . and you just know that they are the right person for you? That's what happened to me! Plus, I genuinely like him as a person and feel that we connected really well. I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Melody personally, but I look forward to working with her, as well. I am grateful to have such a wonderful team of professional, caring people looking out for me and helping me navigate the real estate market!

ZillowVERIFIED Rod & Melody are awesome! Very knowledgeable about market trends. Very professional and detail oriented. They provided us with an honest and thorough breakdown of our situation and were upfront with us about any challenges that would come up. Communication was on point, timely, and solid. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns. They were even quick to console me when I became discouraged and stressed during the process. From start to finish they were there for us unconditionally through thick and thin. Our home sold quickly. I'm grateful to have been blessed with their expertise. They didn't just put a sign in the yard to sell my home. They went above and beyond. I would definitely, highly, strongly recommend Rod and Melody. Wishing them both Love and Blessings. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!The Knight Family

ZillowVERIFIED As I was re-locating we found ourselves in a bit of a jam to get our home sold fast. We heard that she sales her home faster and for more value than anyone else out there, and surely that's what happened! Within a month we were moving and looking back on the experience as a good one.
