Used Rod Holland in June 2014 and it was a perfect transaction! Decided to sell this one and purchase elsewhere (Feb 2019), so I called Rod again. He sent Angie Sisk to me and and I fell in love with her. She got us our asking price and then assisted in getting us into our new home. LOVE HER !!! A huge thank you to Angie, Rod and the whole team!

Ive never had an experience with real estate until my mother got sick, and my brother and I moved home to take care of her. We ended up taking care of her for the better part of two years until it got too much to manage. The house was on a one acre lot in Rowlett, and as you can imagine, was a lot of work to maintain. Before my father passed my parents bought a lot out in Heath and used Rod and his team, therefore I recognized the name. I called him when it was time to sell, and he came out and took a look. Rod and his team did so much, and Ashlea was an integral part in keeping me updated every single day and answering any of my questions. She did so much work to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Of course selling is sometimes stressful, but this experience was one of the best Ive had with people who genuinely care about being great people and helping as much as they can. Jodi Vinson (an amazing interior designer on the team) came out and took a look and gave her recommendations on what should be updated. We followed her advice and took a couple of months preparing the house. She gave us great info to all the resources for the estate sale (Chris Johnson did an amazing job), repairmen, etc. I dont know where I would be without this team. The house went on the market and sold within the first week. By far the one of the easier experiences in my life. Like I said, they are genuine people who care and take heart in your home. The house sold for listing price and we couldnt be more satisfied. I highly recommend this team and will absolutely be using them for anything real estate related for the rest of my life. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. Cant wait to reconnect in the future.

Rod and his team were our agents for the sale of our ranch in Greenville. We appreciate their efforts on our behalf. Our house was custom made for our needs, and because it was specialized it did not suit all buyers. Rod and team did good work given these constraints. We had two offers at the end, and Rod's advice and handling of the two offers was excellent.

Mrs. Thompson was selected because she already sold three house out of twelve on my street. She made me feel really comfortable on our first conversation, and she never failed to follow up. Her advise and staging lead to multiple offers and 12+ showings in less than 4 days. We reached our target sales prices and the process was painless. I definitely recommend her and her team. Thank you so much.

Rod Holland and his team are very well organized and informative. From the very first meeting i felt like the selling process would be smooth and professional as everyone in his office were helpful and courteous. I will use them again in the near future because i feel the buying process will go as smooth as selling was for me. Thanks again for all you done to help us ...Mike Ward

I can't say enough good things about Rod Holland and his entire office staff. Everyone one of them were knowledgable, helpful with great attention to detail. They kept me informed of every step along the way and made selling my house simple. Also, they said they would sell it quick and i had 2 offers the first day and closed in less than 30 days! Great group to work with and I would highly recommend Rod Holland Real Estate. *****
