Absolutely horrid experience that left us literally homeless for 6 months while we rebuilt our credit! Our House was rushed to sell for roughly $50000 less than Id wanted even though we werent in the same rush to sell. And the market was still climbing steady. Crucial buying/selling details left out or ignored in order to sell our house basically out from under us. Then we were left high and dry on the purchase of the following property knowing we werent going to get it! I've learned a lesson on what I thought were close to family friends. Would not recommend to anyone!
