Rod handled the sale of a Trust property for me 2,500 miles from where I live. He stayed in constant contact with me and my attorney, and made a daunting process seem much less so. In today's market 2016, one cannot wait around. Our new house went on the market and I had no one to call. By chance googled Rod - Lightning Rod Adams. He came through just like his name. 20 minutes he arrived with comps in hand. He taught us how to write that winning deal. There were 19 offers made on our new house in the 2 days it was available. With Rod's encouragement (and maybe inside understanding) we raised our offer $2K, and our offer was accepted. It was one of 19 offers and not the highest! ROD'S EXPERIENCE MADE THIS HOME BUY HAPPEN. When the kids came home that night and we told them what happened, they're answer was "Lightning Rod Adams? - Oh ya, we see his name at the movies all the time!"
