Ricky did a good job of advertising on the property and sold it within 2 weeks . The only problem I had with him was a small hail storm that supposedly totaled the roof with class 4 impact resistant singles that were only 3 years old , but never broke a screen or done damage to the boat house plus he sent a friend of his to check the roof without checking with me . I could have easily sent a a roofing company of my choosing instead of a friend of his . I would never use him again on a real estate deal .

He took very good cate and better than Caldwell Bankers. His knowledge and everyday interest was very helpfull. It wasnt a dismissive house sell he understood it was caused by death of my husb and i needed help.. i recommend to anyone who has hardship case. He has a hearta??a??a??a??a??
