Rocky demonstrated a genuine caring approach with the heart of a teacher. He's not the gum-chewing, finger snapping let's make a quick sale, used car salesman. Not even close! He is a pure class act. Appearance, demeanor, follow through.. all 100%. He was very supportive from everything to his guidance in preparing the home for sale through the actual close of escrow. I can't say how much I appreciated that he described each step and the next step in the process. We never went backwards... never "oh I forgot..."
