We had previously bought/built three previous homes over the span of twenty years during our military careers, but the experience with Rockie was by great measures the most exceptional. Rockie is a consummate professional, honest, enthusiastic and works diligently to best serve and assist his clients. He is keenly aware of the real estate market trends. He and his team of professionals were very responsive and allayed all concerns that my wife and I expressed regarding the sale of our home. While placing our confidence and trust in Rockie and closely adhering to the advice of the professional he recommended to assist with staging, our home was listed and we received an enormous volume of viewings and several contract offers on the first day of showing. Our home remained on the market for one day. We sold our home for a price that we deemed commensurate with our investment into the home, and the sales price Rockie attained for us exceeded all previous sales for our subdivision.Rockie also assisted us tremendously with regard to the new home purchase, most especially with pricing negotiations and providing recommendations for various mortgage brokers who assisted with attaining a low financing rate. ZillowVERIFIED From the start Rockie was absolutely amazing. My wife and I were making a military move from Colorado to San Antonio and therefore couldn't view homes in person. Via phone calls and his website, Rockie laid out a plan to get us in the house we wanted. In the weeks leading up to our trip down there, Rockie continuously sent us new listings to look at and decide what style/locations we liked. When we decided to expand our search area to other neighborhoods, Rockie was immediately on it. When we flew to San Antonio to look at our final 10 or so homes, it was an even greater treat to work with him in person. He carved out 2 days specifically for us. By then he had a good sense of our tastes and knew which neighborhoods we would like and which ones we wanted to avoid. Bottom-line: Rockie is a no-BS, honest realtor that landed us in the right home for us. I would go so far as to classify him as a friend after this process. He is very knowledgeable of the San Antonio market and knows when to push for more and when we've gotten the best deal possible. We found a home that fits us perfectly and if/when we choose to sell it, Rockie will be our first call.

We were specifically looking for one with a pool. Rockie spent a week with us looking for a house. During that time he a scheduled more than a dozen houses, all with pools. He was very friendly and easy to speak with. We found a house which had all the specifications we asked for but it still didn't "feel right". Rockie asked us if he could show us some other houses without pools that he thought we would like. Of these houses, we found one that was perfect for us. Rockie was very attentive to what we were looking for in a home and the price range that we wanted to stay within. Even though we qualified for a lot more than we wanted to pay, Rockie never took us out of our comfort zone and made us very happy with the choices that he made for us to consider. When we went looking at options he had us look at each house and then decide if it was our #1 choice, meaning that we liked it more than the ones that we had seen before. During the whole process, he was quick to respond with any answers to questions that we had and he kept the lines of communication open between us and the lender.
