After a few months with the agent we decided it was time to take the property off the market. When this listing became inactive, a ton of agents called and I said not to all of them except for Rochelle. She was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about the local market and our particular situation. She was also honest and did not oversell the possibilities. I appreciated those attributes and decided to relist with her. She was able to drum up business from her own network and also worked with other agents. She negotiated a fair deal on our behalf which was improved from what we started with. She also did an excellent job sourcing great vendors to take care of requested repairs for a very reasonable price. We don't live int he state so her help with even the most minor issue was so important. Also, every suggestion she made was good advice for the situation. I would absolutely recommend using her for either the sale process or when purchasing. You won't be disappointed!

BY That I mean a Realtor that not only wanted our listing but wanted to actually "Sell" our home. From day one, Rochelle approached our listing and immediately recognized that "extra care and condition" of our home, the amenities, the location and. all of the important items in the home that were recently up-graded and/or replaced. Rochelle then prepared her brochures, took new pictures, emphasized the "almost new and turn-key" condition o four home.
