We dont know anything what the process back then, however she was so helpful and kind enough to guide us through the whole time, especially the home we bought was a short sale. She is so knowledgeable and expert with her job. Therefore, when we were ready to upgrade and considered a move up buyers, we decided to hire her again to sell our house in Stockton. We truly trust her and we feel comfortable working with w. Her experience and expertise in real estate shows her proven track records. We really need her to sell our house because of some challenges comes along with it. I dont think any other agent can handle our case. Only an experienced and expert agent can handle this challenges. ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home with Rocelie as our buyer's agent in 2017. We loved our home but three years and a job change later, we were ready to sell. Due to our great experience with Rocelie as a buyer, we decided to have her sell our home as well.As we were about to list our home, the covid-19 pandemic began. Despite all the challenges that brought (e.g. disallowed in-person tours, no open house, masks, shoe covers, gloves, etc), she found a buyer, found an agent for the buyer (as to not represent both parties) and sold our home at target price within a couple months of listing.Our closing wasn't the smoothest due to reasons beyond our control on the buyer's side. Rocelie went above and beyond, orchestrating (and saving) the close and even driving hours to the where the buyer was the day prior to sign a missing document that was discovered last-minute.Rocelie works very hard going above and beyond to get the job done, is always on top of things, knows the area well, and is always a phone call, text or email away. We felt very comfortable with her representing us during our home's sale. She really is among the best of the best and we couldn't give a better recommendation.

She heavily promoted my house and even held open house for 2 days the 1st weekend, in which it sold. From listing to closing was 22 days! I believe that my house would not have sold as fast or as high with another realtor. She even went beyond the call of duty by helping me pack and moving all my clothes in her car on moving day. Rose was very thorough in guiding me throughout the entire process from sending me lists of multiple homes, taking me to viewings and helping me understand all of the documentation. During the closing disclosures, she picked up on a previous tax lien against the property, which had been missed many times over by others. The lien wouldn't have necessarily affected me as much as the title company but it was this attention to detail that stood out. Rose was also a great negotiator and consistently followed up with any of the other stakeholders/parties on outstanding items. Rose's investment in me to ensure that I was happy was clear and above all, we shared so many laughs and had so much fun throughout the process which helped ease what could otherwise be stressful.
