Especially at the very end, when we ran into extremely stressful delays on the closing of our house (thus delays on the closing of our new house in Colorado and that sellers closing on her new house) that were completely out of our control. There are simply not enough good things to say about Robyn. Shes not only an awesome realtor, but an awesome human being as well. She made me feel at ease right away and as a first time homebuyer that was so important. With her help navigating the real estate waters I purchased my first home. Flash forward a few years, I was looking to sell my home after some big life changes. The thought of listing and selling my home was overwhelming but I knew if anyone could help me it would be Robyn. As soon as I reached out to her and explained my situation she responded with that same friendliness and radiance I had known before. We met a few times to go over business details and I was blown away at how natural it all was to her. She has always been very professional and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with each step of the process before proceeding. ZillowVERIFIED Selling/buying a house is scary, not like haggling over a used lava lamp, so you need the best realtors. Robyn and Kimmi at Platinum Real Estate are as good as you'll find. They're smart, very knowledgeable and obviously love what they do. Selling our house was a bit challenging because all owners lived out of state, meaning they had to handle all the details we couldn't, from arranging to have the house winterized, to getting a professional home inspection, even doing light cleaning. I wouldn't be surprised if I heard they served coffee and cookies to viewers. Homemade. Gluten-free. Go talk to them (the realtors, not the cookies).

We had found a house we wanted to put in a offer on and didn't have a real estate agent. So we called her out of the blue on a weekend to see if she would work with us. She really helped us through each stage of the home buying process; calmly and quickly answering all of our questions and moments of panic. She listened to our requests and needs and found us the perfect home and helped us to get it. I'm confident that her skills at writing offers and negotiating with the Sellers is the only reason we were able to get our offer accepted! After the purchase, when the Sellers tried to "pull the wool over our eyes" on something, she was right there for us, fighting.
