Rob was always available to answer any questions. He was a valuable advocate for us at all times. He guided us through each step of the process. He was a mediator for us with the builder and helped us get the home most suited for us. Rob is honest and professional. We will recommend him to friends and family. We plan to have him list our current home. We started working with Rob without a timeline or a specific plan. He gave us valuable professional input to the houses we toured which allowed us to make informed decisions.

We cant say enough good things about Rob! We were on a tight timeline, and he jumped right in, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and patiently answered our endless questions. What really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. He and his wife, Samantha, even spent Easter Sunday showing us houses, and when we were struggling to unload a brand-new $4,000 refrigerator, he jumped in to help without hesitation. Thanks to them, buying a home was actually enjoyable. We walked away not only with a house we love, but feeling like we made new friends. If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, look no further!

When it comes to real-estate, Rob is the guide you need to sell or purchase a home. He is always prompt and reachable. I never had to wonder about a meeting time or an answer to a question. When showing us houses, Rob knew exactly what to point out about each property and what red flags to look for. He was our patient guide, showing us 15+ homes over the course of several weeks before we made a decision. Even after we were under contract on the new house, Rob made sure every detail was exactly right before closing. We are so grateful for his help!

Rob was very professional, courteous and timely in his responses. As a result of Robs efforts and high level of service, I was able to close on my home in 30 days. I would certainly use him and again and recommend him to any one in need of a realtor.

Rob was a tremendous asset when selling my house. He took care of things while I moved far out of state. Plus we managed to sell about 15% above what I expected. Highly recommended!
