I also encourage buyers to focus on finding the right home for their lifestyle and long-term goals rather than trying to perfectly time the market. First impressions matter. Before listing your home, focus on curb appeal, decluttering, deep cleaning, and completing any small repairs that could distract buyers. The most successful sellers understand that proper pricing from day one generates the most interest and can lead to stronger offers. FAMILY

Kansas has always been home. I was born in Salina and raised on a cattle ranch near Bennington, where I developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for community and family. Today, I'm the proud mom of two amazing sons. My oldest son, 34, is married, and my youngest son, 20, is attending college. Watching them grow into successful young men has been one of my greatest joys. When I'm not helping clients buy and sell homes throughout South-Central Kansas, I enjoy spending time with family, working in my garden, and dreaming up new home and landscape design projects.
