ZillowVERIFIEDRobin was great to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and didnt waste our time showing us houses outside of our price range or in areas we were not interested in. She also was very helpful with introducing us to local contacts for insurance and mortgage needs. She made a very stressful time very bearable. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED We came to Cape Coral in November on a vacation and ended the week with a new winter home. Robin was wonderful, guiding us through the entire process from viewing to closing. She has a great sense of humor and the ability to make you feel comfortable during a somewhat stressful process.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience with Robin and her team! As first time home buyers and buying from out of state she handled everything for us from negotiations to closing and answered our 100s of questions in a timely manner. She was very knowledgable in the inspections process for our lenders and had recommendations on companies to provide them. We found a home we love in a perfect neighborhood thanks to Robin!

ZillowVERIFIED We were visiting FL from the Northeast and asked Robin to show us some houses. As shoppers, not buyers at the time. In a day, Robin lined up houses for us to see based on our wants/needs. She explained that what we liked might not be available at a later time as houses were moving very quickly. In two days we went from shoppers to buyers as Robin was able to find a house for us that checked all our boxes. Robin stayed in constant contact with us right through the close and followed up after the closing to make sure we were still happy with our decision. We couldn't have asked for anyone better!

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my deceased brothers' home. Robin came over to look over the house and made several suggestions to maximize the selling price. I told her I needed two weeks to remove furniture and get everything cleaned up before having the listing go live. She stopped by 10 days later to see how things were going, and she offered a few more suggestions. The morning the listing went live she brought over a prospect who made a full price offer that day. I have flipped 14 houses in the last several years and never had such a good experience.Robin knows the market, is professional in every way, and is keyed into what buyers want.

ZillowVERIFIED Very happy Robin was quick to give a response to our request to sell our house in Cape. A meeting was arranged at the first convenient moment after sending an e-mail to her. All the details conserning the deal vere gone thru in this meeting. Also estimated selling price was close enough to the reality. She was keeping us updated all the time the procedure was going on and time to actual closing was reasonable. She also helped us with the title company and was present at the meeting.Robin was our realtor also when we bought our house.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Robin as a real estate agent. She was always on top of her game, professional and personable. She was not high pressured and listened to any of our concerns and addressed them. Even when we backed out of a deal at the last minute, she didn't lose her cool. She continued to treat us with respect and helped us through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife Susan and I have bought a number of properties in Cape Coral and on Pine island . All of them with the help of Robin. In one case we said we would take a piece of property sight unseen just on her word, because she said it was a good buy . We never regretted it. Turned out to be valued at a much higher price than we paid. You can trust her and believe any advice she gives. We have lived here in Cape Coral only a few years and like to think of Robin as our friend as well as our real estate agent .
