ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough positive things about Robin! Robin helped my husband and I find a lovely vacation home in northern Michigan. She walked us through the whole process and was responsive to all of our questions. I trusted Robins opinion and truly felt like she had our best interest in mind. Robin continues to help us manage the property. I know that we are in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED As a licensed Broker, I like to work with a knowledgeable and responsive Realtor. Robin was just that! She helped us negotiate and buy the right spot for us. Her attention to detail was excellent, and, when there were issues with the Seller, she took care of them. She helped think of creative approaches and got the results we needed. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We just moved to Traverse City from out of state and had no clue what the housing market was like here. We were also clueless as to what neighborhoods we should be looking in and other factors. Robin helped us navigate all of that. She spent her evenings and weekends taking us through houses that we selected from the filtered search she gave us, which was updated several time a day. We were able to use that update to be the first to view a house and the first to put an offer in. Robin helped us decide on an offer price that was accepted immediately; no negotiation! If you need a real estate professional, I highly recommend Robin!

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with Robin in a different way.....she had the listing for an older couple who needed to relocate. Robin went out of her way to listen and act on their wishes. She brought them lunches, held their hands while they signed the agreement to put their house up for sale, and even came weeks before their move to pack and help. She was incredible...going way above and beyond the call of duty. It is obvious that she is in it not for the win, but for the people that she represents. What an extremely special saleswoman she is. Would your realtor take the trash away and clean up?.....I highly doubt it. She will be the first one I call when I put my beloved house up for sale....she knows what to do to make us comfortable and make a commitment to making it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Living in the Chicago area, it was very difficult for my wife and I to find our potential DREAM summertime (retirement) property in Leelanau County, Michigan. My wife exchanged many texts and emails with Robin over the course of a year, and when the time came to actually look at properties, she navigated through the rain, and side roads, stumbling upon the perfect property for us, and got the ball rolling quickly. Within six weeks, she assisted in negotiating a fair price and closing on what my wife and I like to call a 5 acre slice of heaven in beautiful Northern Michigan - nestled privately among the prairie and trees with many furry and feathered critters, yet only a five minute drive from the shores of majestic Lake Michigan.

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot describe the level of professionalism that Robin displays as a Realtor. She was not only a huge advocate for us in the purchase of our home, she really went above and beyond when it came to getting things done for us during the process. Robin made sure that we not only felt comfortable during the process, she sought out and provided whatever extra info she thought might help us make our decision easier and less stressful. We would highly recommend Robin, and fully plan on working with her again in the future!
