Robin found our family our DREAM home. She was by our side the entire process, and made our home buying experience special. Robin listened to what we were looking for, and was honest and upfront about all the properties we were interested in. Robin is HONEST, caring, straightforward, and down to earth. Shes not the typical pushy realtor. Robin is just good people. Love her.

We are discriminting buyers. Robin Thomas, showed us only homes that meet our desired discription. From each house shown us she learned quickly what we where looking for and narrowed her search. Everyday she had several homes for us to view. When she could no long find anything in MLS she used her exprience and looked up old expried listing. Where she found a house that we made a offer. There where several issues concerning the use of the property that needed clarification and Robin worked hard with TVA and the seller to reslove issues. She negoitated for us a great deal, and was never hesident to do our bidding. Robin worked closely with us throught the entire process for offer to inspection, and resloving issues, worked well for the seller as well, and when the time came for close of escrow everything went very will. If you are looking for someone to work hard and help you find the home of your dream, ROBIN should be your agent of choise.

Robin Thomas was very professional, courteous and all around a good person to work with. She was very friendly, found me exactly what I was looking for in a home, and knew what she was doing. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer every question I had and some I hadnt even thought of. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who was looking to buy a home. Reliant is the best real estate company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Robin Thomas has done a wonderful job of helping us sort through the available homes with the aminities we liked in our price range. After every visit she asked us what we liked about each home so she was confirming and refining where she would take us next. She did not waste any time taking us to homes we wouldn't be interested in. She was carful to keep track of the homes we liked and provided us with a print out of the vitals. Her expertise and responsiveness to our requests for information with regard to properties we saw only on the internet by visiting the property and taking additional pictures was very impressive. She has our business and we will highly recommend her to anyone who asked.
