Our time was not wasted on homes that may have been close to what had requested.Escrow had some problems because of the volume of houses being processed during these times.Robin kept us updated the whole way and was upbeat and positive with bumps in the road.When we were moving in a problem with the front door arose and within a day a new lock was installed and the door was repainted. ZillowVERIFIED We live in California and are moving to Arizona. A year ago I sent emails out to multiple agents saying we would be moving and needed to pick a realtor. She was the only one who answered and I am so very glad. I was doubly thrilled to find out she is a Christian.She knew exactly what we were looking for and made sure we received notice of all houses meeting our guidelines that went up for sale. She answered all our questions almost immediately. She even tried to help us with questions we had about selling our house in California because our California realtor was hard to contact and didn't answer all our questions. She helped us with accomodations while we were out there as well as gave us recommendations for good places to eat.We put a bid in on a house and went home to find out we didn't get the house. We had to go back to Arizona and Pattey was already looking for more houses for us. Pattey guides us through the signing of documents so we know what we are signing. She walked through the house with the inspector to protect our interest since we couldn't make it back to Arizona for that. We are confident that the house we chose is a good one thanks to Pattey.We now are friends with Pattey and her husband and look forward to hanging out with them when we finally get there. Listed on a Thursday, first buyers to look Friday morning bought house! Robin worked with us throughout the entire selling process and even after. She kept in constant contact with us, updating us on things as they progressed as well as seeing if there was anything she could do to help. Had recommendations for contractors to help prepare house as well as handyman for any work buyers requested to be done. Working with Robin was like working with family friend.
