ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold 4 houses with 6 different real estate agents in three states. We spent two years looking for the house we ended up buying. It was truly a lesson in patience. The real estate agent we were working with was part-time, unavailable due to her schedule and family and could not make a deal happen in 24 hours which we knew we needed. We knew of Robin's reputation as being a TRUE real estate professional. I had my husband contact her. We were immediately struck by her kindness and true interest in finding us the right home. She was very technically oriented and sent us listings daily. We drove by a home we liked and she was on vacation. We knew this was our home. She put together the contract, contingent on our seeing the home when she returned, which was 48 hours. She did the negotiations, contract and contingencies on her vacation and the plane ride home. We saw the house and bought it. Had she not done all of this for us we would not have gotten this house. The town we bought the home in is so desirable that homes go immediately. We are so grateful to Robin for everything she did for us, including putting up with us when we were nervous. She took care of everything quickly and assisted us through the whole buying process. I have already referred a co-worker to her and I tell everyone I know if they want to buy a home and get the best price and service they need to use Robin. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Robin is the realtor for you, plain and simple. Here is our story: My wife and I did a company relocation and really needed to get our house sold quickly. We had reached out to Robin to perform a market analysis to see where we should start listing our property, but Robin came with even more then that. She looked at every room and gave us suggestions to make the home feel more inviting and appealing. Her eye was right! We did all the jobs on her "to do" list and we felt the difference immediately. Within the first week of our house being listed, Robin had 3 or 4 showings already lined up. She truly has the pulse of the area and makes things happen. Part of the relocation had us perform a bit of last-minute home repairs and tweaks, and Robin had a great list of contractors that were responsive, prompt, and dependable. She followed up with us, with them, and with their supervisors when necessary to get things done. And that is the key point I have to make about Robin, she gets things done. We had several offers on the house, some were very rude, others were negotiable, so we entered into negotiations. Around that same time Robin set up another showing with a couple from out of town and they came in at full asking price. (when does that ever happen?) So we sold our house! But that's not it, as part of the deal, as part of the relocation, Robin had to act as a sort of caretaker for our property because we moved a couple of months before our buyers moved in. So through some record snow storms and very busy schedule she kept our property in great shape for the new owners, and she made them feel at home and welcome right away. So how much more do you need to know? She's awesome, and you'll be very happy with her.
