First, she is very knowledgeable about the Seattle area housing market because she has been doing this for many years. During showings she had useful opinions and input about each place or neighborhood. Next, when it came time to write offers, Robin was willing to write up whatever terms I wanted, but she also offered valuable advice on what she thought would be competitive and earn the win. We had a situation with a bad inspection after mutual acceptance and Robin was totally on my side with cancelling the contract and keeping looking for a better home. On the house I did purchase, Robin kept up contact with myself and the seller's agent to make my offer attractive and keep the closing process smooth. I would absolutely work with her again to purchase my next home and to sell my current one (if/when that happens)!
