ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful time working with Robin. She was referred to me by my best friend, so I knew going in it would be a positive experience, and I was not disappointed!! I'm a slow mover, and I really wanted to take my time finding the perfect home. Robin gave me the space I needed, but remained communicative for the four months it took to find my home! Shed text me listings she thought were a good fit, apart from listings showing up on MLS. She always worked with my schedule when it came to seeing homes, and she was very observant about potential problems with homes that just didnt fit. I never felt rushed or pressured; she matched my energy entirely! When I did finally find the perfect home, it had been one that Id passed over because the price was out of my range. But Robin brought it to my attention again, and then jumped right in to negotiate a price I could manage, and I was closing on that home two weeks from the time we made an offer. She guided me through the whole process with such expertise and grace, and displayed such generosity of spirit and an unfailing desire to help put me in a home I would love. I cannot say enough about her effectiveness as a realtor. Dont hesitate to take her on!!

ZillowVERIFIED Robin was very quick and responsive. She listened to my needs, built a list of homes that met my criteria and in one action-packed day we visited a lot of houses and found my new home. She was very accommodating and helped me get back into the house (and others) for a second look before finalizing our offer. She guided me on the offer and the counter offer - helping me understand what I should ask for and expect. She never pressured me and was always available for questions re- the buying process. Her business hours seemed to be non-stop, as we often connected via phone, text and email during evening hours, which was very helpful for my full-time working schedule. Robin went out of her way on numerous occasions to accommodate my needs - even delivering my earnest money for me when I got stuck at work.I always felt comfortable asking Robin for guidance and knew she would advise me - even on parts of the buying process that she was not involved with. She was professional, relatable and I felt at ease working with her. I was an inexperienced and probably fairly high-maintenance buyer, but she never made me feel that way! Robin was very prompt in returning our call, knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to work with.
