ZillowVERIFIEDRobin worked diligently for us, selling our undeveloped acreage. Her communications were prompt and helpful. She has great depth of experience in southwest Colorado, and was honest and accurate about how long it may take to find a buyer. She was super helpful in explaining the paperwork and process. She also advertised our property in numerous places and media. I cannot say enough good about having her as our Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I went by the EXP Realty office in the early afternoon to tell them I was ready to sell the house. Robin came over later that afternoon to take photos and get information, and the the house was listed by that evening. Now that's service! Robin was with us every step of the way, though negotiations and contract changes, keeping us informed and on time. She is so easy to work with. Highly recommended. Like all of the other reviews, 5 stars.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin worked hard from listing to sale of our home. A couple of times I thought our contract might fall through, but Robin worked her magic and and everything turned out alright. I was impressed with her willingness to help us go by the house and take care of things we couldn't since we had already moved out of town. She saved us multiple trips. Robin is a master negotiator saving us thousands along the way. Robin will sell your house!

ZillowVERIFIED Robin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and super easy to work with. I purchased from her when first looking for a property in Dolores County and 10 years later, reached out to her to sell the same property. During that time, being new to the area, I contacted her on many occasions for advice and references from people to hire for work I needed done on my property to where to have lunch in Cortez. She has never steered me wrong. She's an enjoyable, savvy business woman while possessing a warm and sincere demeanor. Your relationship with Robin doesn't end when the papers are signed. She is a good person to know and have in your corner and I recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED As a retiree with a thirty year career in commercial real estate, I had been tasked with handling a deceased estate in Cortez, CO. I live eight hours away with no knowledge of the local market. I received an internet communication from Robin after the Public Notice was printed per the Probate Court. Over the next several months, she provided the estate with valuable market information and, most notable, no sales pitch for a listing. After interviewing several realtors, I was immediately impressed with Robin's composure...a quiet confidence. Her forthright pricing discussion later proved to be accurate. Her acceptance of this difficult listing was my good fortune. She spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and staging this retiree bachelor pad. Her constant internet market status and showing reports were very informative. She has acclimated to the high tech world. The house received maximum exposure. Her experience was most evident during the closing process. The use of online closing documents and instructions coupled with the mitigation of last minute issues, allowed for an early closing. The estate and my family are appreciative of her kind professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Choosing Robin Rice to broker the transaction for the RV Park and Campground I purchased was the best decision I ever made. It was a difficult deal, being commercial, and both buyer and seller moving out of state. There were so many variables that could have prevented this dream of mine from happening. She was truly a professional that exceeded my expectations in every way. She ensured this was a fair deal and followed up on every question to ensure all were answered to my satisfaction. There was no stone left unturned. She is my four corners realtor for life and a dream maker! I could not have done this with anyone else! She is truly amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so glad that we decided to go with Robin to sell our home in Cortez. We're just over 2 months into our relationship with Robin as our realtor. We close tomorrow. She guided us from the word go and made sure we did everything correctly. Within the first week of Robin being our realtor, we had an offer. Even though that one fell through, here we are at the finish line. I don't live in Cortez anymore so she handled the big and little things that need to go into selling a home....nothing fell through the cracks.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin Rice has been everything we need in a Realtor for our recent transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes it easy to understand everything as a buyer (which we are at this point.) We would definitely want her to be our Listing Agent if and when we ever did need to buy real estate. Never met her before, but we now love her after this experience as a hopeful buyer of the property she listed.

We are not from the area and did not know who to go with to help us sell our home there. So grateful to Robin for all she did and would highly recommend her to anyone! She will be there for you as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, I was unable to sell our home in New Jersey, therefore we could not make the move to Colorado as we planned. However, while we were looking for properties, Robin diligently looked for properties that fit our criteria and her local knowledge is terrific! If our situation changes, we will definitely go back to Robin for help in finding our new home.
