ZillowVERIFIEDRobin has been a pleasure to work with before, during, and after my home purchase. She was well-informed of the process, translated some of the legal language, helped me stay focused when frustrated, which can happen often with big purchases, and showed me various options when I was in the beginning stages of looking for a home. I have used her services since my purchase and have recommended her to friends and family. They say in this world you need a doctor you can trust, a mechanic you can trust, and a lawyer you can trust. I'd add real estate agent to that, and I trust Robin to be that person.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin did an amazing job helping us find a rental property for my son. She previewed all the properties for us first, since we live in San Antonio, weeded out the ones she felt were not acceptable. We went to spend a day with her and she had everything lined up for us to see. The house we chose was not represented by a company that was easy to work with, but she perservered, kept us in the loop and got the job done. We should be signing the documents by the end of the day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in the home before move-in. All of this for a rental property. If we choose to buy or sell any homes, we will definitely be using Robin!!
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin always goes above and beyond what is required of her. She stays in constant contact with her clients and lets me know of any changes or better opportunities for me. Thank you Robin.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin is Awesome!!!! Was a great experience to work with. Me being a United States Navy Veteran she always went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and made sure any of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. She made the Home-buying process very easy. Overall this was a great experience and because of Robin skills and knowledge, I was able to Close on my forever home. I highly recommend Robin to take care of all your Real Estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDMiss Robin was and is a bright star, and a sigh of relief. Our search for a new home in the Houston area started a little tuff, and a little frustrating, until I made a phone call to Robin Rash. After our initial conversation with Robin my wife and I hung up the phone and said SHE?s THE ONE! Robin hit the streets running showed us many homes and finally saved the best for last. Like she new it would be the one for us both. We are both very happy and satisfied with the work Robin put in. And to this day even after the hunt is over. Robin is still in contact and there for both of us. I would highly recommend Robin Rash. For all your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin was amazing throughout our entire transaction. Her communication skills are top tier and her ability to make you feel at ease are unmatched. Robin was very good at setting realistic expectations from the start and that carried through all the way to the end. Her knowledge of the real estate process was extremely good and that made the stress levels much lower than anticipated. Finally, her pleasant and positive attitude made the experience enjoyable and worry free. I highly recommend Robin as your next agent. You will truly not be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDMiss Robin swooped in out of nowhere (like a brilliantly feathered robin sent from my Father in Heaven) to solve this housing problem for us when I was at a point where I felt helpless during my search for a house. With her beautiful smile, and sweetly reassuring, optimistic voice, her gentle song helped to make that whole time far less stressful. We had been so afraid that we would end up stuck having to renew the lease another year in our dilapidating townhouse. The kitchen sink was under a window pane that had exposed wood, that was literally chipping away daily. We had spent Christmas Eve and day mopping up water that was seeping from the pre-existing hole in the bathtub upstairs, so we were miserable and very ready to move from the overpriced place. Other realtors didn?t seem to want to spend the time helping us find a house, because we did not have a huge pre-approved VA loan to work with, and literally no money for down payment. We were also still in the lease at the townhouse we lived in during that troubling time. When we told Miss Robin this, she was quick to not only make sure that we felt like valuable human beings, but then proceeded to prioritise us, letting us know in more than words that she would make sure that we get the best treatment from her; she proved that she genuinely does care for military veterans. My family and I wish to express our gratitude to Miss Robin and her team (supernatural AND human) for going above and beyond to make sure that we were able to move into a home here at Breckinridge Forest. We feel extremely blessed, because we have been treated like nothing less than family, in that Miss Robin made it her personal duty to make sure that we got into a brand new smart house in a safe neighbourhood; far beyond my expectations. She took good care of us. I had not dealt with a lease in over 20 years so she helped me to figure out how to work with the townhouses property management so that we would get out of the lease on time. Then, Father sent a family just in time to take over the lease so that we would move into the new house on time. We had plenty of houses to choose from, and Miss Robin made sure to carefully listen to both of our preferences in order to cater the search to our needs. Her assistant Michaela is the sweetest ever, with super neat handwriting, and we are certain she will have a bright future in real estate, because she has the best agent to train her. Michaela made sure that we had the most detailed, up to date lists of potential houses from which to choose from. Miss Robin even went as far as to call my loan officer and convinced her into raising my pre-approval by $90,000, which all of a sudden opened up a whole other menu of houses that wouldn?t have been possible without her intervention!!! Seriously, one can?t ask for a better negotiator than Miss Robin. She negotiated with the builders to make sure that we had brand new appliances placed in the house!! They fought at first! But, when they gave in, we were graciously supplied with top of the line whirlpool fridge, stove, washer and dryer, AND microwave ? it brings me to tears thinking of how loved everyone made us feel. Her professionalism is off the charts. One can?t ask for a better friend, confidant, and mother-figure; she can be depended upon, and trusted to do the best for you, and not her pocket alone. If you choose Miss Robin as a realtor, you will not have any regrets? we certainly don?t. The Robin: indicates a symbol of new beginnings, and a sign of good things to come. Rash: means quick. It took Miss Robin less than six months to find a house for us, and it was in Spring, Texas. Spring means new beginnings. I?d be real blind to not see my eternal Father?s heavy hand in all of this, and I am grateful to Miss Robin for her unwavering service of love to us? we pray that herself, and her descendants, are blessed extraordinarily.
ZillowVERIFIEDWow, words can not delineate the vivacious Robin Rash. Robin worked vigorously, with all due diligence, to curate our deal from start to finish. Since day one, Robin gave her all to make this process work out for my familys betterment. I am highly indebted to her for using her dexterity to help us find our property!
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin did great with the purchase of our home. Her knowledge of the process and communication is second to none. She was available to answer questions and assist whenever needed, I highly recommend her to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin is fantastic! An absolute pleasure to work with. Always working to make sure things are straight and clear. Made things very easy to navigate and understand. Always answered my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend her for anyone selling or buying a property. Fantastic experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDRobin did an outstanding job, and was there to answer all of my questions which made this process very easy. Being that I am a first time home buyer, I certainly had a lot of questions and concerns, but Robin was able to put my mind at ease and help me buy the house that I wanted. Overall this was a great experience and due to Robins skills and local knowledge, I was able to close on my dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe's awesome! She was with us from start to finish! Answered any and all questions we asked. Went above and beyond to help us! We 100 percent recommend using Robin to find your new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I begin!!!!! Robin is truly a master at her craft, she is patient with her clients and a real go getter!! We have her tips on what we want and didnt want for our first home and she had showings scheduled same day to accommodate our wants/needs! I was stressed about the entire process, as this was my first time and Robin literally has held my hand through the entire process, I dont think I could have done this without her!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDDealing with Robin was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. For the last two years, my home-buying experience has been horrible. Dealing with the same realtor barely keeps me informed of all veteran disabilities and low pre-approval qualifications. She has given me the best pre-approval letter, put me into a new development home, and resourced well knowledge team. Anytime you need to contact them, easy access. The best pleasant experience I ever had.
ZillowVERIFIEDI love it when a good deal comes together! -- Against many odds and market conditions, Robin helped me to score a great deal, which is not just somewhere I can call home but a big leap in personal wealth building. During the home-buying process, Robin helped me to navigate some of the problems that a typical veteran might face. I also came up with a few offers that need special attention to address. Nevertheless, Robin helped me to put those offers together and guardrail the communication between seller/buyer/lender/vendors in a professional and effective manner. From now on, I know who to call when I need a real estate agent! Highly recommended.
