ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I embarked on my journey to sell my home a year ago, I knew I wanted a Remax agent to help me with the process. Id never expected the process to be so emotionally and physically draining. It became so draining I had to end my contract with my first realtor which left me feeling hopeless. A few weeks later I decided to take another approach to look for another Remax realtor because I had a lot of faith in Remax. My faith lead me to Remax Realtor Robin Parker who was loaded with years of so much experience in selling and buying homes. However when I had the chance to meet her in person for the first time her presence was like a breath of fresh air in my chaotic life. Listening to me for hours about my life goals and ideas about selling my home all while struggling with my nerves through the process. I discovered during this process Robin is not only a realtor who loves her job shes also and amazing human being and a wonderful listener. Although it was clear to her that I needed her to help me sell my home, it was important to her that I was mentally able too and capable to do it. Because of her understanding and compassion to mental needs as well I was able to gather myself like Ive never had in my whole life. And when she knew I was ready to start the process she educated me about selling homes and all the good and bad that comes with it. Walking me through every process and always made sure I retained all the information she gave me before we moved on to something else. Although shes a realtor shes also and amazing teacher. My texts, calls, long, long conversations, emails, showings and set up interviews to view homes were always ANSWERED and ALWAYS ON TIME and always with her pleasant voice and demeanor. As her client I felt like royalty, I felt important, she made me feel important and I knew l had the best working for me. Robin went beyond her job description while working with me. In less than a month of meeting Robin Parker my home of 15 years was sold for way more then I ever expected, she changed my entire life and will forever be part of it. Thank you Robin so much for loving what you do and because of you I have started a new life.

ZillowVERIFIEDRobin was tremendously helpful to my wife and I in our search for a family home. We are now proud owners of our dream house, thanks in large part to Robin's expertise, advice, and patience! Even before we found our house, Robin was very patient with us in our search for the right home. She was more than willing to show us any house that interested us, and was helpful in finding the right homes that fit our style and interests. Once we found our eventual home, Robin's expertise through the process - from initial offer through closing - was instrumental in us landing the house. She helped us structure the initial offer, negotiate a fairly complicated deal, and stuck with us during complications with our lender. We can't thank Robin enough for her help for everything. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She's very knowledgeable of the area, and does an excellent job filtering through the homes to find the most relevant options!Thank you Robin!

ZillowVERIFIEDMs. Robin Parker is an excellent realtor who has real time experience in real estate for the last three years. We found her online while we were searching for our first home. We saw many homes together in a few months and I must say she is extremely patient. She is dependable professionally. She responds promptly and you will get an answer in no time. She even called multiple townships on behalf of us when needed. She takes extra steps to make sure her client gets what they want on time. She is not like a high-pressure agent unlike many others in real estate. She is adept in her negotiation skills and has good rapport with many realtors in the area we were looking. She will be our realtor again if we need to find another home. She is exceptional and it is rare to see someone like her in real estate world. Don't miss working with her.
