My 2 BR/2bath condo recently sold over asking after being on the market for less than a week. Within 48 hours of the only open house we needed, Robin was able to forward to me eight offers, six over above the asking price. The reason for such success is simple: Robin's professionalism, hard work, knowledge of the market and her incredible dedication to me as her client. Her help and expertise wasn't limited to getting the property listed and sold; it needed an extensive remodeling and Robin did an amazing job as an interior designer and decorator. The remodel would never have been as attractive to potential buyers without Robin's extensive knowledge of what they wanted to buy. Her help from the day construction started to the day the stagers showed was absolutely invaluable. I have sold other real estate so I can say without reservation; Robin is the very best real estate profession I have ever met. Her expertise and passion for getting the best deal possible was obvious from the day I met her until the day she texted me to say escrow closed. So I couldn't have been more pleased to have her as my agent and a huge part of why I got the deal I did.
