Robin is very thorough, she was speedy and responsive to my emails and calls, and is a good negotiator. My antique house was a First Period Saltbox from 1685. It had good flow and room sizes and was in very good condition, but any house of that age is a niche market and more difficult to sell. As soon as the house went on the market, Robin had a well attended open house and then did another one shortly thereafter. The house was under agreement within 2-3 weeks.
