ZillowVERIFIED Me and my husband recently looked at a rental with Robin. We did not get approved, which is not the problem. The problem was the fact that she was only responsive once in a while and did not even have the courtesy to call us to let us know we were not approved even after she said she would reach out. It does not feel like she cared much at all about us as possible clients and I would never work with again or refer her to anyone! Very unprofessional!

The entire process could have been extremely stressful and intimidating, but Robin made it feel not only easy but even fun! Robin gave us a lot of really valuable advice concerning the home buying process, thoughts on what could be done in which houses, and shared a lot of helpful knowledge about the area. Many of the things she brought up were things we never would have considered ourselves. We never felt like she was being too pushy or looking out only for herself. We felt taken care of during every step of the process and it is easy to see how knowledgable she is and how much she truly cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin was amazing and went above and beyond our needs. We are a military family and we had to move from Virginia to Kansas. She not only found us the perfect home for our five girls to grow up in but she found one that was well within our budget and in a perfect neighborhood. I was beyond amazed that she was able to find us a five bedroom plus one bonus room that we have turned into an office/craft room and it has three bathrooms which is a must when you have all girls. We have a huge yard and such a quiet street too. She Skype toured the houses she thought would suit us the best. I loved all of them! I still can't believe she found us such a perfect home. I know I keep saying perfect but there is no other way to describe it. She was very friendly, professional and fun to work with. I'm actually smiling as I type this because my heart is really overjoyed that we had such a great experience working with her. I would give her ten stars but this site only allows five.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin is very helpful and responsive. I purchased this house while still living in Virginia. I was able to come out one weekend prior to moving to look at houses and Robin did a great job coordinating with other realtors to ensure I could see all the houses I wanted to see in q very short amount of time. Robin also took about 100 photos of the house I ended up buying so I could show my wife prior to us making an offer. Robin did everything I asked of her and did it very quickly. During closing I was the one generally delaying the process by getting side tracked at work. she kept me on track and we closed pretty fast regardless.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin was awesome. We were in the middle of a PCS move and she made the stressful part of the move, finding a house, very easy. She knew what we wanted and what we needed and was able to show us many houses within our range while also providing information on schools and taxes for each of the sub-divisions and towns. Also as a homeowner and renter herself she was able to give us a ton of information about the local economy and permits required for building onto the property and upgrades to the home. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in junction city.
