ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot speak more highly of Robin Lozito. I met her via my cousin who purchased her first home with her. She spoke so highly of her so, I got in contact and everything my cousin said was what I experienced with Robin. She was completely honest with us from the beginning. She told us buying a home can be stressful especially now a days where people may offer a higher amount then what we might offer. She educated us on how the process goes when buying a new home and I really appreciated her honesty and her knowledge. There were no surprises along the way, she is very clear in everything she says, she made our home purchase so easy and stress free. Buying a home can be stressful but in our experience with Robin, we had absolutely no stress at all. She was there every time we needed her. she made sure the house we bought was a safe home in good condition. We had to negotiate a few things with the seller and Robin made sure EVERY SINGLE THING was done before we signed on our closing date. She was there for the inspection, we also had a second inspection done to make sure the other party had done their part and she was also there. she was present every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, someone you can definitely trust when buying a home. There were questions she asked the seller that won't even cross my mind and I can see how much she cares about her clients. She did such a great job investigating every details of the homes we went to see. I highly recommend Robin Lozito, if you want to buy a home, stress free because you know the agent you are working with is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy, Robin is definitely the person you're looking for. ZillowVERIFIED I had no clue where to start the process to sell my home. And then buy a home. I interviewed 2 realtors and chose Robin. I never regretted my choice. Robin knew all the little things I would not. She kept me on track when I wanted to overthink the process. She answered all my questions. In buying a new house she held her ground when I had a problem with my appliance order not ready and I was moving into my new home. I was able to move in because she advocated for me with seller and appliance store. Robin made sure there was a reasonable solution. I had lived in my house for 43 years. Put it on the market on a Friday night and accepted one of six offers by Monday. So there was an emotional hurdle for me. Robin understood and made it a smooth transition for me. For all the right reasons I would wholeheartedly recommend Robin to any family member, friend or neighbor. It was a pleasure to get to know her and I consider her a friend.

The photographer that works with Robin took amazing pictures that help draw in over two dozen people to the open house which resulted in my parents getting an offer that same day.
